Over the course of the years ive died my hair all the time. I dyed my hair black last year (and regret it) and since then ive been trying to get it out. I bleached it out and added a dark brown color. but now my hair is COMPLETLEY DAMAGED and dead. im even beginning to see that my hair is thinning out soo bad to the point where i put up my hair and i see my scalp..(im 20 years old) its horrible.. what products do you suggest i should use to not only help grow my hair but also make it look healthy again?

well i donno if your blow drying it or anything...but u should stop doing that and also cut off the bad, dry, damaged split ends...i did that as well and u just need to leave the hair alone and let it due its own thing....i also put in hot treatment oil 3 times a week and leave it on for like an hour, its really helped my hair go back to what it was...hope that helps

Nioxin is a good product for thickening and restoring the hairs texture. but you really need to lay off the dye for awhile. I'm 19 and have dyed my hair about 5 times in the last 4 months. I just take really good care of it and use redken shots to keep it healthy. So every time you go in to dye your hair get a deep conditioning treatment = )

Just to tell you now if you are using any Pantene Pro V products or any Pantene products at all those cause hair loss. If you're not I'd suggest some serious hair damage control shampoos and don't be shy with your conditioner. If you don't want to spend to much Dove has some really good products a little more expensive is Bed Head, they have some good stuff But your best bet is to go to your local beauty supply store like a Sally's or your hair dresser and ask someone there .
