Is there some kind of dyeing pencil or other product I could use to make it black? It would have to be something water resistant, I sweat a lot.

You might try going to a local beauty supply and ask them. I know they have dying kits for eyebrows and such that would be safe to use. Perhaps a brown color. Being so fair, I wouldn't suggest black.
