Its confusing Because some people say to get Medium Braids and others tell me not to get Micro braids. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AND WHY NOT GET THE MICRO-BRAIDS???????

No, I got micro braids once and first of all they came out right away and my hair started to fall out.
When they do micro braids they pull on your hair really hard, beside the fact that it hurts your hair will start to fall out when you take out the braids.

Micro braids rip your hair out at the roots, because they are so tiny. If you have babyfine hair you shouldn't get any braids. It might take out your hair.

I too have very fine hair and I wouldnt recommend braiding as it will put stress on the hair and could cause it to fall out. If you must go for the larger ones, as they wont put so much tension on as much hair at one time. Also, check with several beauticians and get their recommendations.

With fine hair no braids will stay in for a long time.. but if you really want braids you should try cornrows or goddes braids something a little more thicker when braiding so the hair will stay together.
