Try hair mask (Keune for instance) or visit a good hair salon and invest in hair repair treatment.

i have 2 pieces of advice for you.

1. i know it might sound gross, but only wash your hair at a maximum of every other day. if you let the natural oils in your skin soften your dried out hair, your hair would be noticably softer. remember to wash your hair the day it starts to feel too oily and stringy. if that's every other day, then that's perfect.

2. leave in conditioner. this is the best product to own. the first step to washing your hair is the shampoo. it cleans the hair. the second step is usually the conditioner, it moistens it. however, washing it out completely would wash out the moisture. some people like to use deep conditioner in the shower or bath, but you also wash that out. leave-in conditioner, however, you obviously leave in after showering or bathing. if you put about a nickel-sized amounth into your hand, and run it through your hair (mostly the ends,) your hair will feel much healthier and soft. leave-in conditioner isn't as heavy and creamy as conditioner. the lightness and gentle moisturizing of it allows your hair to get healthier without it looking oily or covered in product. GOOD LUCK!
