To LOOK thin the best thing is to be thin!

Go to your hair stylist and tell her you want her to thin out the bottom part for you. They're trained to do it and it makes a hell of a difference. You don't even really have to get a different haircut.

PUT SUNTAN OIL IN YOUR SHAMPOO,ABOUT 2 CAPS FULL.

My hair tends to thin out a lot when I straighten it, only if I use a really good one that actually works. But it helps if I spritz a little hair spray, then straighten, then brush through at the end.

Long layers will help thin out thick hair. Talk to your stylist for ideas.

You need to layer it! It works cause it was the same with mine. Plus you might need to change your straightener. Try iso or cortex hair straighteners. they are a bit pricey but so worth it b/c they don't completly scorch your hair.

when you use a flat iron only straighten your hair in VERy small sections.

tie your hair up and use a comb to take out very little hair at a time. it takes a while, maybe like an hour depending on length and thickness
