Nioxin for thinning hair?

My hair is thinning pretty badly, i've noticed people mentioning nioxin and was wondering 1. if it work well. and 2. is it expensive?- i went to the website and didn't see any prices.

It works pretty good,I'm currently using it along with a multi vitamin and something prescribed by my dermatologist.Depends on what you consider expensive,but I found mine at a hair salon 30 caplets(1 per day) for $17.00.Good luck to ya'!!!

I have tried Nioxin, the shampoo and conditioner were in a set for 35 dollars on sale.....very large bottles. It makes alot of claims, but I was not impressed with it and will not use it again.

I paid around 70$ total and I didn't see any results. Everyone is different, but I wasn't impressed. I just heard about the thinning hair product line from Nexxus and I am going to try it. Good Luck
