Pour 1-2 drops of safflower oil on your palms and rub them together. The quantity should be enough to let your hands glitter in the light. Carefully take your hair when dry and apply a small quantity of oil to the ends initially and then work your way to the scalp. Let it remain in your hair.

Technically you can't really make your hair thicker, because it is what it is genetically made to be. But you can enhance it with thickening shampoos and stuff.
For strength, keep it trimmed up or try garniers length and strength line.

I hate to say it but egg yokes make your hair thicker. But I wouldn't want to put that in my hair.

My hair is thin and dry?
I have had my hair go through a lot. I made an appointment with a hair dresser. my hair was breaking, frizzing, and I was losing some hair in specific places! I spoke to her about it and the goals I had for a hair style. She told me it would be a process and she could help. I am happy to say my hair is better than it has ever been in my life!

My hair is thin and dry?
Your hair is 97% protein and as such requires a very good diet. Your hair alone requires the equivalent ammount of protein found in one chicken breast every day, the other body functions require their ammount too so keep up your protein intake and watch out for quick slimming diets, these leave a fault in the hair at the root about a month later it is now out of the scalp and is liable to break. If you are female during your monthly's make sure you eat well as your body loss shows in your hair and again can cause breakage. Check for broken hair.
Hair is not dry, it is rough. Each strand of hair is covered in millions of cuticles which become abraided, or rough, when you use a alkaline shampoo. Whatever you use, shampoo rinses etc still use them but allways finish off with a rinse of vinegar water. White wine and apple cider for blondes, red wine for auburn ordinary for brown and white wine for grey.
This will reacidify the hair and make it shiny and strong. Your hair and skin have a PH of 4.5 to 5.5. Water has a PH of 7 which is 400 times more alkaline than your hair and makes the cuticle swell, the vinegar left on the hair will smoothe that out. Dont rinse it off the smell goes quickly.
